About PECAN
We'll come up with a short blurb here that welcomes people to the site, tells them why we created it, and gives them some idea of what they can expect from the site.  For now, I've used this one monkey image, but we can rotate a variety of images on occasion.  We could even include a photo gallery, if we want. If/when we get this properly hosted by IPS's web site, we can add the IPS logo.  However, if it turns out we need to maintain a separate site, it may not make sense to have the logo.  We'll see how things go.
